from snow to sand

I'm heading out the door for the airport, but thought I'd sneak in a few shots from yesterday. Had some fantastic light and ice conditions!

    I swear to God that in all my life I've never seen purple snow.

    great light at the edge of dusk or dawn, plus a gold/blue polarizer will give you fantastic glowing purple snow!
