more Smoky Mtns...

... and a few big landscapes from the Smoky Mtns. Most of these were shot with the Singh-Ray gold n blue polarizer and ND grads - my favorite landscape filter combo.

    Mr. Meleg,

With every press of the shutter you exceed my expectations. From the Smokey's to Cuba to the Bruce Peninsula, you capture the very essence of being. You are truely an inspirational photographer that need not be limited to the size of one's telephoto. A true photographer comprised of the 6th sense of capture and creativity.

    Your Number One Fan!

    Happy Shooting.

  3. Nice photos! I like the way the different shades of colour turned out. Snow really makes for amazing effects, although we don't have much here in Australia.

I'm an amateur photographer and I've also got a nature photography blog you might want to check out - http://davids-pics.blogspot.com

    Keep up the good work.

  4. Looks like you had a very productive trip to the Smokies Ethan! I have the gold/blue polarizer as well, I have to remember to break it out more often - it is sometimes hard to find a situation that it works well on.
